Mother's Day Card

Hello there & thanks for stopping by my blog today.
I hope you like what you see & become a follower, I will of course pop on over to you too.

Today I am sharing a Mother's Day card that I made especially for my Mum, it's a pop up box card from Craft Work Cards. I purchased the plain set the other week off of Create & Craft & Mother's Day was a perfect opportunity to play with it.
These cards are fun to do & very satisfying.

I have taken several pics of different angles for you to see.

Teletubbies birthday card

Hello there & thanks for stopping by my blog today.

I have not been blogging for ages, but have been crafting in one way or another, just have not had time to upload on to my blog to share with you.

Today I am showing you a card I made ages ago (showing my 1st blog address).

It was a commissioned one. Very different from what I am used to doing, so found it a challenge, which of course I like.

Front of card
I downloaded the teltubbie scene from the net. Used my Spellbinders Nestabilities to cut out middle so I could add the photo.
I added the sentiment on the front of the using ' My Craft Studio'.

Inside of card
The balloon image I downloaded from the net.
Cut out a balloon shape so as there was somewhere visible to write.
Added odd bits of ribbon to the bottom of the balloon which I had in my stash.

My Hand Made box for card
I made a box for the card (I actually do this for all my cards instead of using envelopes).
Added another balloon shape to match the inside of card on the box.

I shall be entering my card into the following challenges:-
Challenges 4 Everybody #39 - Anything Goes
Crafty Girls Challenge #14 - Anything Goes

Thanks for taking time to look at my blog today. Please do leave me a comment and I will be over to visit you too.
Enjoy the rest of your day where ever you are in the world.
